Utilizing modalities such as Sandtray, Narrative Therapy and Child Centered Play Therapy to process emotions, develop coping skills and enhance your quality of life.

Family Therapy

Supporting the entire family unit helps to create lasting change for a happier, healthier household long term. Parents and children, siblings or any configuration of people living in your home are welcome to work together to develop better communication skills and stronger relationships.

Parenting Support

Adjusting to the role of parent and experiencing your child's development over time can sometimes be overwhelming and filled with challenges you aren't sure how to navigate. Both mothers and fathers can experience Postpartum Depression with the addition of a new family member, whether its the first for the fourth to join your family. Providing a non-judgmental space aimed at educating and supporting your unique experience as a parent is something I am passionate about.

My experience and training extends into working with Perinatal Mental Illness and the highly important development period from Birth to age 5.

Birthing people in particular are more susceptible to experiencing a mental illness in the postpartum period and deserve specialized support. My training and personal experience allow me to offer you education, support and hope while navigating these challenges.

One of the tools to help in this area is baby wearing. I incorporate baby wearing education into my practice as well as a library of carriers to utilize as you move through this important but exhausting time in your parenthood journey.

Did you know that 80% of a human brain develops within the first 5 years of life? When we as parents carry our own childhood wounds, have a traumatic birth experience, have high levels of stress or are living with mental illness- all these factors can impact the relationship with have with our children. Working with someone who understands the nuance and importance of this time period and attachment relationships can provide your family with an enduring, strong foundation for lifelong relationship success.

Neurodiversity AffirmingTherapy

Navigating the modern world with a brain that interprets input differently can be incredibly challenging. It often leads to low self esteem, difficulty relating to others and feeling like no one really understands what it is like to live the way you do. I have family members, friends and my own lived experience with sensory difficulties that have opened my eyes to the need for more therapy providers learning how to show up and support individuals and families who have neurodiverse members. No one should have to mask their authentic self to have meaningful connection with the people who mean the most to them in their lives.
